Norman Mukuru - Rwanda

Norman Mukuru, an agronomist from Uganda, pursued education as an agronomical engineer and applied his attention to coffee. Norman founded The Coffee Yards—a central processing plant outside of Mbale town where parchment and cherry from up the mountain could come for better drying and professional processing.  This coffee is an "aerobic/oxidized natural", where cherries undergo open-air fermentation with a prolonged pre-drying stage, then finish drying slowly on raised beds. In your cup you can expect a funky, fruit forward coffee with candy-like aroma.
