Bryan is a 4th generation producer who now has his own plot, which he manages on his own while also doing all the processing for his family’s farms. His passion for coffee processing has been continuously evolving as a result of his experiences with Taiwanese and Colombian processing experts, ultimately pushing the frontiers of coffee processing in Honduras.

When we visited Bryan's farm this year it was very clear that Bryan embodies all the things we love about coffee, especially coffee's natural connecting ability. In fact, when we visited his farm, he opened up his home to us and his parents cooked us one of the best meals we'd ever had. We are very grateful to be partnering with Bryan to bring you this amazing coffee.

When we drink this coffee we get a floral aroma with notes of peaches and clementines.
